Return Policy Or Order Canceling Policy          

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!  Under certain circumstances returns may be considered (Incorrect Parts ETC)  .  A 30% restocking fee may be charged on returned items or any orders canceled at the sole discretion of Import Horizon. No returns accepted or refunds given without prior authorization or after 14 days from date of purchase. 
No returns on special order/non-stocking or electrical items or AEM bypass valves or on any items that have been installed, mounted, or used. Return must be in 100% reselling condition!

Import Horizon assumes no liability for costs (labor or otherwise) or inconvenience incurred as a result of incorrect, mishiped or mislabeled parts. 
It is the end users responsibility to check for fitment before installation and verify any part numbers or applications prior to installation by himself or shop". 

 Import Horizon is not responsible for any damages in installation

Refunds 
We refund all money Via Pay Pal.  We are not responsible for any fees Pay Pal withdraws for any money received from us. Pay pal May withdraw 2.9% + 30¢ on any money received. If product is incorrect size or color including and not limited to any problems with needed a replacement.

1) Customer must purchase another  and ship the defective back. After the defective is received the money will be refunded to customers Pay Pal account if it passes all limitations in returns (100% Resalable Condition NOT installed, Not mounted, or Never used).

OR

2)customer can send the product back for inspection (without ordering another) and if it passes all limitations in returns (100% Resalable Condition NOT installed, Not mounted, or Never used) we will ship another (replacement) out ASAP.

Typographical Errors 
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ImportHorizon.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ImportHorizon.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment received. ImportHorizon.com shall immediately issue a credit if payment has been made

Price Matching
ImportHorizon.com holds the right to refuse any and all price matches. Sellers must be authorized to sell the product and must have the item instock

Self-Installation 
Your safety is your responsibility. Repair procedures, techniques, tools, and parts 
and the installer's skill and experience all vary widely and it is not possible to anticipate all of the 
hazards that may result in your attempt to repair your vehicle. Standard safety precautions and equipment should be used. Any modifications to your car are AT YOUR OWN RISK. You should consult the owner's manual and service manual. You should also contact your car's manufacturer to determine what effects modifications may have on your safety, warranty, performance, etc Car and engine modifications could cause injury and death

Limitation on Liability
ImportHorizon.com, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if ImportHorizon.com has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. We also are not responsible for any repairs, repair times while your vechile is in the shop. These limitations will apply.
