discount club store. We can not match prices that are subsidized with

special, closeout or being discontinued.

Group Buy or Auction
Shipping costs are not included in the
price match.
If the competitors shipping is more we will
use their shipping cost with the price match.
This price matching cannot be combined with
any other discount or offer. The price matching items only from a
U.S. competitor. Sorry, this offer does not apply to dealers or distributors.
The competitor's price must be the normal, everyday retail advertised
price. Our price matching does not apply to specials, closeouts,
discontinued or damaged merchandise, bonus buys or free offers. The
competitor's price must be on the identical brand and part number.
We reserve the right to limit quantities. Competitor price must be
verifiable. The item must be in stock and available for immediate shipment
