DC Sports 4-1 Header
Making power is what the 4-1 header is all about. The 4-1 is designed from utilizing all the information from
DC Sports extensive dyno testing. DC Sports R&D Department was able to design a 4-1 header that makes the most power of any 4-1 header on the market. The DC Sports 4-1 header pulls strong from 4000 rpm all the way to redline without losing any power down low. All 4-1 headers use the new lightweight flanges on both the head flange and the collector flange along with mandrel bent tubing, a merge collector and as always the 4-1 header is CARB Exempt. CNC-machined flanges, 12-14 horsepower, hardware and instructions included.

New for the U.S. Market, is the DC Sports 4-1 header w/ a 2.5in collector. Designed for the JDM Integra Type-R
Both DC2 and DC5 models (Acura RSX). Also available for Nissan Sentra
Spec V and Mitsubishi Eclipse 2.4L. These overseas DC product has finally reached
the US shores.
Features include larger primaries than other DC headers, DC's popular lightweight flange design and a 2.5in collector. Just like the JDM headers, the 2.5in collector flange is needed or

Constructed from ceramic coated mandrel bent mild steel or polished T-304 stainless steel, the DC Sports 4-2-1 One-Piece Header maintains a high standard. DC Sports headers are dyno tested resulting in maximum horsepower and efficiency. The one-piece header eliminates the two middle flanges making the header lighter and giving it a cleaner look. To help lighten up the header their new lightweight flanges are used on both the head flange and the collector flange. CNC-machined flanges ensure a perfect fit every time. 12-14 horsepower, mandrel bent tubing, hardware and instructions included.

The 4-2-1 Two-Piece Header are constructed from ceramic coated mandrel bent mild steel or polished T-304 stainless steel. Designed to stand up to the harshest conditions you can subject it to and provide you with the most power from any street legal header on the market. DC Sports headers are dyno tested resulting in maximum horsepower and efficiency. The two-piece header is designed for ease of installation with a factory like fit. CNC-machined flanges ensure a perfect fit every time. Mandrel bent tubing, 12-14 horsepower, CNC-machined flanges, CARB exempt, hardware and instructions included for easy installation.
